Herbie's Superior Carpet Spikes

Loudspeakers must be kept in a motionless, vibration-free state for speakers to function at full efficiency. Spikes or cones are usually the preferred feet for loudspeaker isolation. We have found, however, that coupling a metal spike directly into the speaker cabinet is often inadequate. On bare, hardwood or suspended floors, Herbie's Big Fat Dots deliver superior results.

For carpeted hardwood or suspended floors, Herbie's Superior Carpet Spikes are the perfect solution. A compliant interface between spikes and speaker cabinet increases isolation efficiency. Great also for amp platforms, butcher blocks, etc. Rounded points protect carpet and underlying floor.

With nickel-plated brass cone. A thick, (1.6mm) decoupling layer of Herbie's grungebuster material on the flat side is laminated with heavy-duty pressure-sensitive adhesive. Thumb-adjustable height: 1.25" to 1.40" (31.5 to 35.5mm). Width: 1.1" (28mm). Recommended for loudspeakers and components weighing up to 100 pounds. $24.95 ea.
