Because Herbie's Audio Lab products are made in-house, are not mass-produced, and are sold directly to the consumer, these products do not have conventional price mark-up. Instead, we price our products for a fair return on our material investments and labor, while aiming to keep prices as low as possible.
Dealers: Although we do not have regular dealer/distributor or wholesale pricing, Herbie's Audio Lab has "preferred" relations with some dealers, original equipment manufacturers, and equipment modifiers, so they can offer some of our products as a service to their customers. We can make special arrangements on limited items for special pricing on a determinate basis.
Generous Return Policy:
90-day no-risk trial. If not satisfied, simply return your Herbie's Audio Lab product within 90 days for a full refund.
If anything ever goes wrong with any product, simply return the item to Herbie's Audio Lab and it will be repaired or replaced and returned to you at no cost.
